1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service request within 2 days of initial purchase for a full refund.

After 2 days, cancellations are accepted but no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed if:

• The service was not delivered as agreed.
• There was a billing error.
• A cancellation request was made within the eligible window.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 9–15 business days back to the original payment method.
